SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic
All domestic parcels ship via USPS Priority mail. For each additional product per package shipping is an additional $1. Delivery confirmation is included with priority mail shipping and insurance covers losses of $50. If you would like your item fully insured contact us prior to checkout. Danielle Hornyak Jewelry will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.
International
All International parcels ship via USPS First Class International. Transit time is usually two weeks but can be up to 3 – 4 weeks if a parcel is held in customs. International buyers are responsible for paying their own duty fees. All items are shipped as "merchandise". Delivery confirmation and insurance are not available for international shipments. Danielle Hornyak Jewelry is not responsible for any import tax, custom fees, or taxes upon arrival.
Return & Exchange Policy
We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations as each piece of handmade jewelry is unique and we do everything to make sure your order is correct before we send it to you.
However, please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE DETAILS
It is a priority that you are happy with your purchase and we work hard to make sure your handmade jewelry is of the highest quality possible.
Please note all commissioned pieces and customized stamped items are not eligible for exchange or returns.
However, if you notice a mistake on our part with a non-commissioned piece, you may request that we replace the item within 7 days of receipt. No returns. Please contact us prior to returning your item for an exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipment costs and tracking/confirmation is strongly suggested.
