Customer Care

We take great care in creating our jewelry. Every piece is inspected and completed by hand. We welcome any communication during the processing of your order so that you know that your new piece will meet your expectations. Email us or use the contact form and we will be more than happy to keep you informed about your order. Don't hesitate to contact us with any questions before or after a purchase.

Lead Times

Most pieces are made to order so please allow 4-6 weeks for us to create your item. Items that are in stock and ready to ship will be noted in the item description. If you are concerned about the lead-time on an item that isn’t in stock, please contact us and we can provide an accurate lead-time. All items are crafted by hand and because of this, there may be slight variations or "imperfections" between pieces. This aspect should be embraced as part of buying handcrafted jewelry; it’s what gives individual pieces character and uniqueness.
